1. Ordering and Payment

All orders are processed through WhatsApp. Payment is accepted via UPI or cash on pickup only. Please note that we currently do not offer delivery services.

2. Pickup

All plants must be picked up from our location in Kozhikode. Pickup timing will be coordinated via WhatsApp.

3. Plant Care

We provide basic care instructions with each plant. While we ensure plants are healthy at the time of pickup, proper care is essential for their long-term health.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
